This 6-week beginner-to-intermediate program is designed to challenge you in new ways—through a blend of barbell lifts, functional strength circuits, bodyweight conditioning, and Pilates-inspired core training. You’ll continue to build lean muscle, burn fat, and sculpt your physique—while learning how to train with more intention, structure, and confidence.
We’ll incorporate both traditional and athletic training styles to expand your strength, improve your movement, and push you physically and mentally. You’ll also begin to master key movement patterns with the barbell, while still keeping workouts effective, approachable, and progression focused.
Expect to move with purpose, build total-body strength, and keep your core activated from start to finish.
Training Split:
• Day 1: Full Body Strength (Barbell Focus)
• Day 2: Functional Conditioning + Core
• Day 3: Lower Body Strength + Sculpt
• Day 4: Upper Body + Pilates Core
• Day 5: Full Body Hybrid + Burn
• Day 6 & 7: Active recovery, walk, or full rest
