I š¤ SPRINTS. There are a multitude of reasons why sprint training is beneficial, but for the sake of not going on a tangent, just know it helps not only with your cardiovascular fitness & getting fast AF, but sprinting can actually help with your lifting in the gym as well.
Now, I know running isnāt for everyone, & thatās totally okay. You can sub in cardio of your choice - biking, rowing, ski erg, swimming, etc.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE RESTING BETWEEN SPRINTS. I cannot stress this enough. Think about how you need to rest between heavy lifts in order to achieve maximum output & lift the most weight you can - same concept here. You want to be able to go as hard as you can while sprinting, so rest in order to do that.
