Strength with Liz Connors

A 6 week program focused on gaining strength through progressive overload while also incorporating functional training, unilateral movements, conditioning, & more. The basic formula for these workouts is: • Heavy “big lift” in 5-8 rep range. • Lighter variation of “big lift” in 8-12 rep range paired with a power production movement. • Unilateral accessory movement paired with multi-planar or bilateral accessory movement. • Two isolation movements (at least one unilateral). • Sometimes a bonus lil conditioning finisher ie) sprints. 😊 We’ll have 3 lower body days (squat, deadlift, hip thrust), two upper body days (chest/back/bis & shoulders/back/tris), & a conditioning/“play” day (fun stuff!) Each week we will do the same “big lifts” so you can really measure your progress.
