Does the workouts require any equipment?
Many do not, I specifically focus on assisting you with great ideas where you either don’t need equipment, or can use items commonly found around your home or in your office. Some workouts do use minimal / inexpensive equipment such as resistance bands.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Improve your quality of life :-) Specifically, increase cardio endurance and strength. As you feel better physically, it will improve your mood, mental outlook and ability to accomplish the things you want to do.
