What started as a side hustle "waiting tables" gig 38 years ago turned into a lifelong mission:

After decades of staying “stage ready,” menopause sucker-punched me with a 40-pound weight gain, body changes I didn’t recognize, and a whole lot of WTF moments!
I had two choices: complain about it or do something about it.

I put on my personal trainer hat, tackled the messy middle of menopause, and rebuilt not just my body — but my belief in what’s possible after 40, 50, and beyond.
Today, I’m a proud 56 year old mama to twin boys — and walking proof that daily consistency, putting in the reps and aiming for 1% better each day... changes everything.
Our whole family is fitness-focused — not because I preached at them, but because I showed by example. The best teacher.
At 19, my sons are high-performance water polo athletes with a built in driving force to excel. Not just in fitness but in life. They are even exploring careers in fitness as well. It runs in the family you could say.
