Are you new to the gym and wanting a program to help you get toned in just 30-40 minutes! As most of my programs this will also just be 4 days a week and will be split into two upper and two lower! If you can only do 3 days then Pick two workouts on the body area you want to focus on and then 1 day of the other. The focus is to increase weights most weeks as you get stronger and more comfortable. So excited for you to start!
