About the program

This program is designed to be completed daily for the entire month. Throughout the challenge, you'll engage in a single 20-23 minute mobility session each day, 6 different exercises that include spine, hips, and shoulders to be done Monday- Sunday. No equipment is needed unless you'd like extra blocks or a yoga strap around for support. If you are short on time, plan and split up your exercises throughout the day.
