I gave up on situps and crunches about five years ago because of my DR, but the incline single leg lifts kind of make me feel like I'm doing a form of abs that are safer. They also make my glutes and hammies burn. 😁

For the first time, I moved up resistance today on almost all exercises. Great set before I eat and watch football all day!
