About Lindsay Hall

Hey! My name is Lindsay. I’m an ex-professional dancer turned yoga/movement practitioner + teacher, trainer and general movement enthusiast! I am currently completing a BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University in Toronto, Canada. I love mixing all of my influences into my movement practice! I live on the little island of Tobago in the Southern Caribbean. I combine many elements of my movement background into the practice that I teach. I teach: • Yoga • Strength + Mobility • Dance + Movement Improvisation • Intuitive Movement • Breathework • Relaxation Techniques I am a: Lifelong Explorer ✨ Don’t be surprised if we include some movement explorations from dance in one class and then dive into functional strength and mobility in another! I hope together we can explore ourselves through a rich and diverse movement practice!

What’s the main goal?
Feeling good in your body so you can live a full life and do what you want to do! We will be exploring and expanding our strength, mobility and movement capacity. Let’s play, be creative and not take ourselves too seriously in the process!
What type of classes/workouts are you sharing?
I teach movement + strength/mobility work, mostly using body weight. Expect to see a variety of influences in my teaching, as this represents my movement background and the way I like to practice and train.

Feeling good in your body and having a pleasant movement experience in the process!

You will see bits that look like yoga, dance, locomotion, strength + mobility... but mostly feel good movement that challenges your mind and body in all the right ways!... Maybe even explore your expression through movement at times 😊
