What type of classes/workouts are you sharing? I teach movement + strength/mobility work, mostly using body weight. Expect to see a variety of influences in my teaching, as this represents my movement background and the way I like to practice and train.

What type of classes are you sharing? You will see bits that look like yoga, dance, locomotion, strength + mobility... but mostly feel good movement that challenges your mind and body in all the right ways!... Maybe even explore your expression through movement at times 😊
