Sierra

Get into a position as you would do with a plank, keeping your body in a straight line and abdominal muscles tensed at all times. 

Rock forward on your toes until your shoulders move past your hands. Push shoulders backward until heels extend beyond toes.

Count 1 swing as 1 rep.

Plank Toe Swings

Get into a plank position, keeping your body in straight line with your core engaged. 

Only your legs should perform movements, avoid swinging your hips.

Count 1 side step as 1 rep.

Plank Side Step

Keep your head and shoulders slightly elevated to engage your core at all times. 

Make sure your lower back is ‘glued’ to the floor and does not move together with your legs.

Count 1 ‘cross’ as 1 rep.

Criss Cross Crunch

Lift your upper back slightly off the floor while keeping your lower back ‘glued’ in position. 

Instead of using momentum for switching legs, use slower and controlled movements.

Count 1 kick as 1 rep.

Flutter Kicks

Keep your head and shoulders slightly elevated to keep your core engaged at all times. 

Use slow, controlled movements instead of using momentum.
