    What are the goals of this program?
    Increase lean muscle mass in the core Build core strength Improve posture Improve core stability for daily living Tone abs + core
    How will I get the best results?
    Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night) Eating primarily whole, unprocessed foods (~80% of consumption) Drink at least 1 gallon of water daily Make sure to get as much movement in as possible throughout the day (aim for at least 8-10K steps) Make sure to challenge yourself during the workouts!
    Can I do this challenge at home?
    Yes! All exercises throughout the four-week challenge can be completed at home using your own body weight (no equipment required unless you want a greater challenge!)
