I’ve been a women’s fitness coach since April 2022, but movement has been part of my life long before that. I grew up dancing for 18 years and have always loved staying active. After going through my own struggles with body image and finding balance with fitness and nutrition, I turned that journey into my passion for helping women build confidence, strength, and a healthy relationship with their bodies.
