The next 12 weeks will get you stronger and overall will allow you to achieve progress through strength training. So excited for you guys to give it your all and to transforms mentally along with physically. The next 12 weeks will include a weekly workout split of 5 workouts & 2 rest days per week one of those days being an optional active recovery day. The same exercises will be included in Week 1,2,3 Week 4,5,6 Week 7,8,9 Week 10,11,12 Each workout will be roughly 45-60 min! A side from the weighted sessions I recommend to implement cardio 3x a week anywhere from 20-30 minutes. This form of cardio is meant to get your heart rate up! I will upload the workouts weekly! Dropping each Sunday at 8 pm EST. Please reach out on the app DMs with any questions at all and tag me on IG when you do a workout 🏋️‍♀️

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
