Whether you are committing to your fitness journey for the first time, or already locked in and ready to take fitness to the next left, Elevate 2.0 8 week challenge offers a variety of workouts from strength to cardio that will challenge + inspire you. Over the next 8 weeks, you can expect an 8 week structured workout plan with exercise demos, nutrition & meal prep guide, livestream workouts, and exclusive elevate app community group!

Over the next 8 weeks, you'll embark on a transformative journey divided into 2 4 week blocks. In the first 4 week block we'll focus on higher volume training to build a solid foundation. The second block shifts into emphasizing strength training. 

You can expect weeks 1-4 to be the same and weeks 5-8 to be the same.
