- Hold on to the TRX with your arms extended
- Push your hips back and down 
- Sit down until you reach parallel 
- jump up
- Keep your chest up throughout the movement 
- Press through your heels extending your legs to come up
-repeat

TRX squat jump

- Start in a high plank position 
- Take one hand off the floor and touch the opposite shoulder 
- Repeating on the opposite side

Shoulder taps

- Hold a medicine or slam ball with both hands above your head
- Slam the ball on to the ground directly in front of you as hard as you can
- Catch the ball with both hands on the bounce and repeat the movement

Ball slam

kb front squat with shoulder press

- Lying on the floor with knees bent 
- Lower weights DBs or Barbell to your chest 
- Press back up over your chest

Dumbbell or Barbell floor chest press

- Keep your chest up holding two dumbbells over your head 
- Step forward and bring your back knee down until both legs are at about 90 degrees
- Step forward and repeat with the opposite leg
-before going into another lunge lift each knee into your chest for a standing crunch
