Loved this cardio circuit. Light yet effective

Did week 1 day 5 home workout and this circuit and my butt is officially dead 🤣

-Sit on your butt with your hands firmly on the ground behind you 
-Extend your body into a reverse plank position
-march your legs one at a time bringing your knees up to your chest
-engage your core

Reverse Plank March

-Stand shoulder width apart
-Bring your knee up (left knee to right side, right knee to left side)
-engage your core
-squeeze that core at the top

Standing Knee Tuck

- With hands at your head perform jump squats

Prisoner jump squats

- Start by standing with your feet together - In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head - Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position - Increase speed as you feel comfortable

For my first time getting back in the gym, this challenged me but I enjoyed it. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow and do it again!

This one was a challenge but I got through it 🦾

Week 2 day 2 with this circuit kicked my butt 💪🔥🥵

Good circuit after yesterdays workout that had me sore from the abs legs and arms 😅
