I’m dying and this is just the warmup 😅

Marisol

- Start in a plank position with your feet on an elevated surface
- Take on hand off the floor and touch your opposite shoulder

Elevated shoulder taps

- Start in a high plank position 
- Bring your knee towards your elbow
- Focus on your abs throughout the movement. Engage your core.

High plank knee tuck

- Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
- Point your toes forward
- Move your legs up and down rapidly
- Keep core tight and activated

Flutter kicks

- Stand shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop back bringing your body down to the floor
- Hop forward placing your feet on the floor
- repeat

Half Burpee

- Elbows under shoulders and hands out front
- Keeping your core tight 
- Jack your feet out and in for time or reps
