Welcome to GetFit Volume 3 - Fit & Curvy ! I know you will enjoy this program. Repeated Routine: You will notice that many of the exercises are repeated each week. Although this may seem repetitive, it is essential for building muscle. We are going to work on building and growing our muscles each week by continuing to place tension on them, not by “keeping them guessing. Rest Period: Try to limit your rest periods between sets to no more than 60 seconds. Adjust weight according to skill level. Cardio: I have cardio built into the plan. If you wish to further accelerate fat loss, you can perform more cardio activities on your own AFTER your workouts.
