I’m traveling and was able to do this without any equipment and still have a terrific work out and stretch some parts of my body from a lot of walking and sitting when traveling. Thank you, I enjoyed it a lot.

Just the right follow up to W1D1! Got the thighs loosened up after the first workout, very fun full body and doable for beginners.
