The goal of yoga is awakening. One learns to awaken by focusing the mind, which takes diligent practice. This meditation trains your mind by highlighting an awareness on breath. Good for beginning meditators.

Only the sound quality - perhaps a different microphone - there's a little hiss noise throughout which is a tad distracting. Great job other than that! Thank you!
