Hi, I’m Leigha :-) Welcome! For over ten years I have shared Vinyasa yoga practices on YouTube where I have an amazing community. On my membership site LeighaButlerYoga I offer hour-long classes every week of the year. In my hometown, I co-own a yoga studio where we run daily classes along with yearly trainings and retreats. You’ll find my Playbook practices simultaneously calm and challenging. My goal is that you finish my classes feeling like you’ve opened every angle of your body. I want you to feel radiant, confident and light — like you’ve gotten a cosmic boost that is going to last all day. My programs aim to condition the whole being — body, mind and spirit — so that you can best carry out your good warrior work in the world! People who’ve practiced with me for a long time report feeling more flexible and stronger than they’ve ever felt before. That’s because these are well-balanced, mindful, sustainable practices. Even more important, practitioners describe a mental ease that arises after a while — and that’s of course the yoga, not me. I want to be as clear a transmitter of this beautiful ancient practice as I can be. It’s brought me joy + lightness + ease, and I simply want to share it!
