Growing up as a competitive dancer I always thought that shrinking myself and trying to be the smallest version of myself would somehow make me the best version of myself. It wasn’t until college when I got back into weightlifting, when I started to learn the importance of fueling your body. With healthy eating habits and consistent training, my progress sky rocketed. I knew that I had a love for teaching when it came to dancing, so when I took a step back from that, I realized that passion could be translated into other areas of my life. That is why I started Lehr Lifts. I want to help people to not only reach their goals but to feel their best while they do it. I know how hard and how vulnerable starting a fitness journey is and how much misinformation there is out there, because I was once in your shoes trying to figure out what the heck I was doing. I want to make your journey as simple and as enjoyable as possible. Teaching you not only how to attain your goals, but how to sustain a healthy lifestyle as well.
