This is a 3 day-lower body program that will give you an idea on how some of my programs may look like in the app. This program has 3 training days. 1 Knee Dominant- Quads 1 Hip Dominant- Glutes/Hamstrings 1 Mix of- Quads/Hams/Glutes You can repeat these workouts for as long as you’d like to. Each week you can make progress by trying to up your weight as you drop the reps. Keep a slow tempo for all reps. The slower you go, the better it is for mind muscle connection.
