CAKE'd is a sequel to our CAKE program. Another 8 weeks of GAINS!! This time around we will have a 4x per week split. 2 Glute & Hamstring days 1 Quads & Glutes day 1 Upper Body Strength day There will be no cardio in this program however, I suggest adding in 3-4 days of cardio to your weekly routine. Check out my SPRINTER program if you need cardio workouts OR check my Daily Workouts tab. I post a new, weekly cardio program every Sat or Sun. As with all of my programs, if the super sets that I put together dont work for your gym set up, you can pair the exercises together however you wish. Lets GROW!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
