How to schedule the program into a week? I’ve programmed 4 days per week of core & ab exercises. Add this into your current program as an addition.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Beginner to Advanced. There may be some exercises you find to be more difficult or advanced if you don’t already have a strong core. Watch my video demonstrations carefully & do your best to copy my form.
What do I need to participate in this program? Some exercises will require gym equipment however I’ve included quite a few bodyweight exercises as well.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Pair this with a healthy clean macro balanced diet high in protein. If you want your Abs to show, you need to have low body fat. Train 6-7 days a week, go heavy with your compound lifts, make sure to have good form & do your cardio.
