How to schedule the program into a week? This is a 3 day split so you can add this to any of my other programs to get a full body workout.

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Anyone can do this program however being that this cycle is high volume, beginners may have a hard time with the amount of time under tension. Do your best with finishing the workouts & get plenty of rest.
