What are the goals of the program? The goal of the Resilient Runners program is to develop your strength and movement quality. This will help reduce the risk of running related injuries, improve mobility and increase running performance.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Consistency! Life gets in the way, but developing a routine and adhering to 80% of the training is the best way to see results.
How to schedule the program into a week? Try and leave at least 24 hours between sessions and program them on your more intense running days. This leaves the easy running days for more of a recovery focus.
What do I need to participate in this program? Either access to a gym or your own garage gym with dumbbells/kettlebells, bands and a barbell.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts will suit any ability as they progress the movement patterns of the duration of the program.
