About the Classes

Welcome to my reformer Pilates classes!! 😆 You made it to the ULTIMATE workout collection. This is my bread and butter 🫶🏼 These 40-50 minute reformer pilates classes include the following: ▪️Beginner Full-Body (Franchise-Friendly) ▪️Intermediate Full-Body (Franchise-Friendly) ▪️Advanced Ab Crusher 9000 ▪️Advanced Balance & Control ▪️Advanced Full-Body (Franchise-Friendly) As you may know, I only recently got my reformer delivered so these are my first classes ever on it! I am filming all of my favorite flows like a mad woman right now and will be launching more in a few weeks.     About Leah Pfrommer

    Hi guys! I’m Leah and I am SO excited to have you all here to workout with me! I have been an athlete all my life and I can’t wait to share with you everything I know. I grew up training for physical performance. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years then was a dual-season Division I track and field athlete throughout college. I became a certified Pilates instructor in college and it has made all the difference. All the years of heavy training took a toll on my body but weaving Pilates into my routine has helped me feel good in my body again. I found the perfect balance between HIIT, cardio, Pilates, track workouts and strength training that is achievable and sustainable and I am sharing it all with you. I can’t wait for you to feel your absolute best with my program. I am also a licensed Registered Dietitian and I’m here to share my recipes, grocery lists, grocery shopping tips, meal plans, cook books (eventually!) and all the nutrition advice I can possibly give you to elevate your journey. If you are looking for balance in your life whether that’s with exercise, nutrition, or both, you’re in the right place. Everything I am is everything I want to share with you.     Frequently asked questions

    Will you be releasing new workouts soon?
    Yes! I am constantly filming more reformer workouts to share with you all. Once I get 5 or 10 ready to rumble, I will let you know the launch date :)
    Do I need any equipment for these workouts?
    You will need a pilates reformer that has a box, adjustable footbar, and loops. We will be using the Pilates ball as well as light dumbbells (2-8lbs) for some of the workouts.
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    There is 1 beginner-level, 1 intermediate-level, and 3-advanced level classes in this collection
    Are these classes franchise-friendly?
    I labeled the classes that you can teach in a franchise based on the level. Make sure the level corresponds to the class you are teaching!
