I will guide you through contemporary-style endurance workouts ranging in levels from beginner to advanced. Listen to the way that I cue, the way that I teach and see if you can learn a thing or two! About the Classes

Welcome to our jumpboard Pilates workouts. These 40-50 minute reformer pilates classes include the following: ▪️Beginner Jumpboard ▪️Beginner Obliques & Inner Thighs (Franchise-Friendly) ▪️Intermediate Cardio (Franchise-Friendly) ▪️Intermediate Holy Quad & Booty (Franchise-Friendly) ▪️Advanced Triceps & Glutes Jumpboard (Franchise-Friendly) I hope you enjoy and share these flows with your own classes if you’re an instructor 🫶🏼🤍 I really hope you love these workouts as much as I loved making them!

    About Leah Pfrommer

    Hi guys! I’m Leah and I am SO excited to have you all here to workout with me! I have been an athlete all my life and I can’t wait to share with you everything I know. I grew up training for physical performance. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years then was a dual-season Division I track and field athlete throughout college. I became a certified Pilates instructor in college and it has made all the difference. All the years of heavy training took a toll on my body but weaving Pilates into my routine has helped me feel good in my body again. I found the perfect balance between HIIT, cardio, Pilates, track workouts and strength training that is achievable and sustainable and I am sharing it all with you. I can’t wait for you to feel your absolute best with my program. I am also a licensed Registered Dietitian and I’m here to share my recipes, grocery lists, grocery shopping tips, meal plans, cook books (eventually!) and all the nutrition advice I can possibly give you to elevate your journey. If you are looking for balance in your life whether that’s with exercise, nutrition, or both, you’re in the right place. Everything I am is everything I want to share with you.     Frequently asked questions

    How often will you release new workouts?
    I am constantly creating new workouts for you guys! Each month I will launch a new collection of 5 workouts.
    Do I need any equipment for these workouts?
    You will need a Pilates reformer that has a jump board attached and short/long loops. Several of the workouts in this collection also use the following: Pilates Ball 1-2 lb ankle/wrist weights 2-5 lb dumbbells
    What skill level are these workouts?
    This collection has 2 beginner-level classes, 2 intermediate-level and 1 advanced-level class.
    Are these classes franchise-friendly?
    All of the classes in this collection are franchise-friendly with the exception of the Beginner Cardio. Each class is label “franchise-friendly” if it applies.
