Hi guys! I’m Leah and I am SO excited to have you all here to workout with me! I have been an athlete all my life and I can’t wait to share with you everything I know. I grew up training for physical performance. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years then was a dual-season Division I track and field athlete throughout college. I became a certified Pilates instructor in college and it has made all the difference. All the years of heavy training took a toll on my body but weaving Pilates into my routine has helped me feel good in my body again. I found the perfect balance between HIIT, cardio, Pilates, track workouts and strength training that is achievable and sustainable and I am sharing it all with you. I can’t wait for you to feel your absolute best with my program.
I am also a licensed Registered Dietitian and I’m here to share my recipes, grocery lists, grocery shopping tips, meal plans, cook books (eventually!) and all the nutrition advice I can possibly give you to elevate your journey.
