How to schedule the program into a week? You can choose how you’d like to incorporate these workouts! Follow along one a day, couple a few together, make them your main workout or an addition to something else. You can never go wrong with getting movement in!
What do I need to participate in this program? Most workouts are going to have a variations of dumbbells kettlebells, medicine balls, and TRX. *Most* exercises can be adapted for what you have available, message me if you need help! 💪🏼📲
