DEFINE is a 2-week dumbbells-only mini-series focused on full-body strength and toning. The goal of this program is to help you slim down and see more defined muscle, while keeping it safe and easy on your joints. You're training 4 sessions each week. You can pick whatever 3 rest days you would like. On your rest days, I would like you to walk 10k steps or do at least 30 minutes of cardio of your choice.

About the program

DEFINE is a 2-week dumbbells-only mini-series focused on full-body strength and toning. The goal of this program is to help you slim down and see more defined muscle, while keeping it safe and easy on your joints. You're training 4 sessions each week. You can pick whatever 3 rest days you would like. On your rest days, I would like you to walk 10k steps or do at least 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. WEEK 1: UPPER BODY LOWER BODY + CORE FULL BODY DEEP CORE WEEK 2: UPPER BODY LOWER BODY + CORE FULL BODY GLUTES Throughout the week, we are staying hydrated. Fill your water with electrolytes, collagen, lemon or lime juice, and creatine. We are cutting out sugary drinks of any kind and replacing them with stacked waters, which have amazing health benefits. We'll talk more about nutrition, diet, and whole foods in the app!

    Hi there! I'm Lauren, your fitness bestie. :) I’ve loved fitness for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing sports, I discovered early how powerful it feels to move your body, build strength, and show up for yourself.
