I’ve loved fitness for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing sports, I always knew I wanted to help others feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. Now, as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, I’ve built a balanced, approachable method that supports long-term, sustainable results.
My workouts are designed for beginners and all levels —no extreme tracking or burnout. I believe in feeling good, moving often, and living a fulfilling life without restriction. My training style combines strength training and Pilates + Yoga, with a simple, effective framework I call the 3-2-1 Method:

✅ 2 days of yoga or pilates-inspired movement
✅ 1 day of cardio + core
✅ Daily goal: 10k steps
