DEFINE is a 2-week dumbbells-only mini-series focused on full-body strength and toning. The goal of this program is to help you slim down and see more defined muscle, while keeping it safe and easy on your joints. This program is great for beginners just getting into strength training! You're training 4 sessions each week. You can pick whatever 3 rest days you would like. I would like you to walk 10k steps or do at least 30 minutes of cardio of your choice at least 5 days a week, in addition to these workouts to see the best results! WEEK 1: 1. UPPER BODY 2. LOWER BODY + CORE 3. FULL BODY 4. DEEP CORE WEEK 2: 1. UPPER BODY 2. LOWER BODY + CORE 3. FULL BODY 4. GLUTES Throughout the week, we are staying hydrated. Fill your water with electrolytes, collagen, lemon or lime juice, and creatine. We are cutting out sugary drinks of any kind and replacing them with stacked waters, which have amazing health benefits.
