    How can I dial in my nutrition on this program?
    Eating a high protein diet will fuel muscle growth. Muscles grow while the body is in a caloric surplus, so this program is an excellent compliment to someone looking to maintain their weight while steadily increasing calories (or reaching maintenance dose on a GLP-1).     How should I do the 5 day split?
    This split can be done over the course of a week, or if you take extra rest days or incorporate other forms of exercise (I like pilates and yoga) you can simply pick up where you left off the following week. Be sure to add in your favorite warm up and cool down stretches!
