About Lauren Bennett

Online personal trainer

After many years of doing primarily cardio heavy workouts during and after college, it wasn’t until the past 3 years that I started seeing physical transformations from weight lifting. At the same time, I was working in marketing and ultimately felt called to quit my job to pursue fitness full time. After taking my leap of faith, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM and haven’t looked back ever since. As someone with scoliosis, I’m a firm believer in the importance of proper form when lifting. Part of my coaching technique is providing alternative exercises based on current joint and muscle health. Ultimately, I want my clients to perform safe exercises to preserve their joint and muscle health as long as possible. I am passionate about helping my clients discover their full potential. After overcoming my own body dysmorphia at a young age, I am empowered by watching others become stronger through weight lifting and ultimately more confident at the gym (and with themselves!)

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
