Volume 1 will focus on the five main courses of lifting: pushing, pulling, squatting, hip hinging and planking. We will add variations but we will be using prime movers to build a strong foundation of muscle mass and strength. This will set the stage for your fitness progression in later volumes. In this program, we will incorporate a combination of weightlifting, cardio and bodyweight workouts designed to build confidence in the gym, change your overall body composition, and enhance your overall fitness level. This volume will serve as a solid foundation for athletic training in later volumes. 

The program is repetitive, simplistic, and easy to follow. The goal is consistency. Aim to complete this volume in 6 weeks, gradually increasing the intensity and duration as you progress. After the 6 weeks, progress immediately to Volume 2.
