Being active has always been something I enjoyed. I participated in my fair share of youth sports and started lifting weights when I was 14. In college I competed in 2 NCAA Division II sports! After college, I became a personal trainer and competed in three bodybuilding shows. Now, as a busy working #sportsmom with two boys, ages 9 and 16, I still make fitness a priority.
