About the program

Get your ASS in gear!!! Summer is ending, as much fun as it's been... you've neglected your body and your routine! It is time to get back into the habits that get us the energy we need and the confidence that we deserve!!! In this 6 weeks, we will be crushing our lifts in the gym, reining in our nutrition and best of all getting the encouragement and focus with our community of women solely focused on lifting each other up and picking up heavy shit!

    What is up my beautiful friend?!! I’m so happy to have you here! I’m Laura! Being a Mom of two teenagers, a wife, and business owner it can be tough trying to find time for yourself! I know I need to be able to have time to strength train and take care of my overall health so that I can take care of others! I fell in love with strength training, starting my own personal training gym was a dream come true so that I can share my passion! Earning my certifications in personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and more help me be able to provide and create training that is applicable in everyday life! Being able to train with you in this platform, allows me to be able to help coach more people with the ability to have proper training videos and step by step guides so that I can do the thinking for you! I create programs to get the most out of our time in the gym, or home! I can’t wait to share my passion for strength training with you, I know you will love it too!!!

    This program is designed to start working on foundational movements! All you need are some dumbbells and bands to get started! I am here to show you how to do every exercise with videos and descriptions! You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
    I'm a beginner, which program is for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, these programs can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, Laura walks you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    You need a few dumbbells and bands, although, you can use anything that has weight to it! There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
