About me

Ex professional surfer & fitness lover

Born in the UK, grew up in the ocean! From the age of 15 I travelled around the world competing as a pro surfer and model. I have always been obsessed with sport and fitness and pushing my body to its limits. I have openly talked about my wellness journey and through that realised training and working out shouldn’t be a chore but a thank you to your body. As well as lots of hard core sweaty workouts, I also understand the importance of balance in physical wellbeing and I am excited to share some slower work outs too, including yoga and plenty of stretching.

Goals

By training with me you will focus on building lean muscle often focusing on abs and booty. Alongside building up your cardio capacity. I will also take you through how to properly stretch.

Training Requirements

Most of my work outs you will not need equipment, I like to do a lot of body weight training. But occasionally some weights and a yoga mat will come in handy.
