I am one of the top Celebrity Health Coaches and Group Fitness Instructors in the industry. You may have most recently seen me on the last three seasons of Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian on E!. In addition, I have been featured in fitness magazines like Shape, SELF, Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, EDGE, and Good Housekeeping, highlighting exercise routines and my work with children, adults, and athletes. As a former Figure Competitor, I've physically transformed my body through hard work and nutrition and will use some of that knowledge and more to help you attain your goals. In addition to fitness magazines, I have appeared on television programs like Pickler and Ben, Good Morning America, LIVE with Kelly and Michael, The Steve Harvey Show, The Doctors, The View, Here and Now. I've also appeared on local news programs in Memphis on ABC, NBC, and CBS and the KTLA morning show in Los Angeles.

Goals

My goal for you is to change your lifestyle and get you out of the fad mentality. Being healthy is a lifestyle with good nutrition habits, a great mentality, and a work ethic to complete your workouts. Hanging with me is a marathon, not a sprint. We need to learn how to take care of our bodies inside and out so they can deliver for us for a lifetime.

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home using light weights, resistance bands, and/or just your body weight. However, you will need a yoga mat, a foam roller, lightweight or resistance bands for some of the workouts.

Accomplishments

I hold multiple certifications including the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) PT, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Group Fitness Instructor, FRC Specialist (Functional Range Conditioning), Youth Exercise Specialist (YES), RKC (Kettle Bell Cert). Nutrition Certifications with Precision Nutrition, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Certified in Yoga and Reiki.
