This is an add on to your Muscle-up or Cali-Fit programs These weekly checkins give you a chance for the following: - Ask questions about your currently strength and skill to seek clarification - Check progressions and regressions - Express any concerns you have around training - Get clarification on any exercises that may be new or confusing - Gain Motivation and Accountability - Have a private mentor - Seek further information around recovery, sleep and nutrition
