Self taught calisthenics coach training 15 years and coaching 12+ years I opened the first gym in Australia dedicated solely to street workout and calisthenics training called Raising The Bar Training later renamed to Cali-Fit I competed open Australian nInja wArrior, Ultimate tag and was a course tester for Australian Spartan Seasons 1 & 2 My gym unfortunately closed in 2023 but a year later in 2024 I broke the world records for the most muscle-ups in 8, 12 & 24 hours on my 35th birthday with 1395, 1530 & 1546 muscle-ups

The Muscle-up Mastery Intermediate program written by Lachlan Fyfe 3x Muscle-up World Record Breaker. This program is for Intermediate levels of strength it starts with bodyweight pull-ups and bodyweight dips and builds you up to weighted pull-ups and dips, bodyweight Russian dips and explosive exercises like clap pull-ups. Building you a very solid strength foundation and super charging your explosive strength This program is still appropriate for you if you can do bodyweight chin-ups and pull-ups and bodyweight dips as the intermediate program requires you to do explosive exercises like clap pull-ups If you are already training pull-ups and dips but not sure where to go this program is for you! If you are ready to start building your explosive power to the next level program is for you! This program will build you all the strength needed to move to into the final stage of muscle-up training
