This workout is SO FUN! All you need is dumbbells and a bench/box if you have one. If not no problem! Each exercise has a letter. Complete the exercises in this order with a 4 minute break in between each round! A BA CBA DCBA EDCBA FEDCBA GFEDCBA HGFEDCBA 4 minute rest ABCDEFGH BCDEFGH CDEFGH DEFGH EFGH FGH GH H YOU ARE FINISHED!! You can also set a timer for whatever time you have available, and just keep going! It’s okay if you don’t get all the way through! Just do what you can!!
