Hey friends! My name is Lacey and I am in love with all things nutrition and fitness. I am a women’s health registered dietitian. I work with women all over to reach their goals through nutrition and fitness without restriction and healing the relationship with health. I have struggled in my past with restriction, binge eating and body dysmorphia. Through hard work and consistency I have found my true balance with health and wellness and now I get to help other women as well! Fitness to me is all about moving your body. It looks different for everyone and that is okay! Moving our body has so many positive effects, mentally and physically, and my main goal is to help you do it in a way that works best for you!
