What are the goals of the program?
To push ourselves to reach a goal! Yes, becoming stronger and working on a healthy body weight is great, but starting and completing a program that you set your mind on is the real WIN! This program is designed to help you start and finish a fitness goal. ❤️
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Just do not give up ❤️ even if it is not your best workout ever, just press play and try your best!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Organize a time to make the workout happen! It does not matter if you complete it in the morning, midday or night. Whenever works best for you I recommend to have your clothes and shoes ready to go and just press play! Once you get started it will be easier to keep going!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Only dumbbells and bands! Dumbbells are necessary and bands are great but you can substitute dumbbells for most things. If you have any questions please message me!
