Welcome! My name is Kylie Angel, I am 34 years old and I am a professional boxer (4-0) and a mother of two boys. Fitness has been the centre of my world for the past fifteen years. I began boxing shortly after my first son in 2008. I’ve had over 50 amateur fights and participated in many provincial and national tournaments. I was an athlete from the start, but found my true calling when I was introduced to boxing. Boxing taught me what hard work and discipline can do when coupled together. I spent every single day in the gym working with various coaches, trainers and sports therapists. I became a licensed boxing coach, trainer and gym owner throughout the past ten years. I made the decision long ago to dedicate my life to continuous self growth, self love, balance and discipline. It is an honour to teach others what I have learned and to show people that you can do anything you set your mind to.
