I’ve been training for nearly a decade now but the global pandemic forced me to learn my body even more. Over the pandemic I gained over 40lbs and no longer felt like myself. I decided to make a complete 180 and got into the best shape of my life. Soon after I got certified as a personal trainer with ISSA so I can gain more knowledge as well as help others make the same changes I made. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
