Welcome to Atomic Glutes
Let's be honest...
You didn't click on this program because you wanted slightly better glutes.
You want people asking,
"Have you been doing squats?"
You want jeans that fit everywhere... except the back.
Well, that's exactly what we're working toward.
But before we build the dump truck, we have to build the engine.
This program focuses on proper movement, full range of motion, progressive overload, and learning how to actually use your glutesānot just survive leg day.
Trust the process.
Your future jeans might not.
So letās get to work.
š» Coach's Note for Block 1: Master the Movement
The goal this week isn't to see how much weight you can liftāit's to learn each movement and perform every rep with control. Focus on technique, full range of motion, and feeling the target muscle work. Build the movement first, and the strength will follow.
For most exercises in this program, choose a weight that challenges you while allowing you to maintain good technique. By the end of your working sets, you should feel like you have 1ā2 good reps left in the tank (often called Reps in Reserve, or RIR).
If you finish a set and could have done 5 or 6 more reps, the weight is probably too light. If your form completely falls apart to finish the set, it's probably too heavy.
The goal is to train hard enough to stimulate growth while leaving just enough in the tank to recover and perform well throughout the week.
