Welcome to 12 weeks to bigger glutes. This will be a total of three segments. Each segment we will be focusing on progressive overload and hypertrophy. We will work each segment for 4 weeks, the goal here is to match or progress in weight each week. As we progress and add weight, the biggest focus is going to be working on full range of motion and taking our time with each rep. The more you can create a mind muscle connection and truly feel your muscles stretching and contracting, will help create the most stimulation and growth.

Kyle started his introduction to the gym about 12 years ago. He struggled with being a "thick" kid most of his life and through that, found a healthy motivation for the gym. Which grew into more than a Passion. This was a lifestyle!
